We all love a good birth story. Whether or not you’re a mom, the story of how a new life is born into the world never gets old. At Des Moines Moms Blog our goal is to encourage and empower moms to be the best they can be. We realize that some birth stories are celebrations and some birth stories are tragic, but we believe that all birth stories are powerful and beautiful.
We partnered with MercyOne to share five birth stories from local moms in our Stork Stories series. The include a mom who had 3 c-sections, a mom who delivered naturally, and a mom who had a successful VBA2C.
In addition to these stories we are also sharing resources for pregnant and new moms. Des Moines moms are fortunate to have access to a number of fantastic prenatal and postpartum services and we are thrilled to share them with you. So, whether you’re a new mom, an experienced mom, or dream of one day being a mom, we hope you enjoy celebrating these birth stories with us.
