Did anyone else get super motivated by the Rio Olympics to
a) get beach volleyball abs,
b) start their kids in some sort of program so I can give Aly Raisman’s parents a run for their money, or

Teams of Tomorrow Greater Des Moines (TOT) is a creative basketball, ball handling, and dribbling program designed for preschool and elementary children.
About Teams of Tomorrow Greater Des Moines
TOT Greater Des Moines is focused on serving children and families to improve children’s physical and mental growth through movement and music. The weekly classes center around academics, athletics, and agility. Preschoolers practice academic enrichment activities, and elementary students practice their “mini globetrotter” skills to cool TOT music. Most noteworthy, every child gets to participate in TOT. The TOT kids get the opportunity to perform at the halftime show of a real basketball game and again at an end-of-year performance.
TOT classes are taught at preschools, daycare centers, and elementary schools. Evening and morning classes are also conducted at the Parks & Recreation Departments in Ankeny, Waukee, Huxley, and Grimes. About Breanna Elam, Owner of TOT Greater Des Moines
Growing up in Fremont, Nebraska, Breanna’s mother was an in-home daycare provider, so she has always been surrounded by kids. She grew a love for kids at a young age and has been a Spanish teacher, English teacher overseas, coach, and church youth leader. After teaching TOT for a year, she fell in love with the program and began her own franchise three years ago. She and her husband and 17-month-old daughter moved here from Dallas, Texas, last year, and she is thrilled to make a difference in the lives of the children in Greater Des Moines.
