Get to Know Ingrid Williams

Ingrid Williams Realtor Des MoinesIngrid has been helping home buyers and sellers as a Remax agent since 2009. Ingrid is wife to her husband of 32 years and a mom to five; she also has two grandkids. After raising her kids she jumped into full-time real estate in 2009. “Real estate has been my passion now that my kids are grown,” she says. “I love helping buyers from out of state with a move to the Des Moines area, and I enjoy helping families and first time buyers and sellers with the real estate process.”  

Ingrid has lived in Des Moines for over 20 years and raised her family here. She takes time to explain the details and make your move smooth as possible. Whether this is your first move or your fifth, she is here to help you!

Ingrid was a top individual Remax agent in Des Moines area for 2016 and one of the top 100 individual Remax agents in the Nation for 2015. In 2016, Ingrid brought Erin Glaza onto her team as an agent to assist her clients with outstanding customer service. She also has a full-time administrative assistant and a transaction coordinator on her team.  

Clients primary work with one team member, and the others are there to provide back up and answer questions. “We value relationship-based home buying and selling,” Ingrid says.
