Making that Bird last!!
We hope you had a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving with your families. Now that the feast has commenced and your bellies are full we want to help you figure out what to do with all that leftover food…well at least the turkey. Were you are in charge of the turkey this year or were you like me and just show up with some rolls and your family of 5 and took leftovers home. Either way…this list is for you. Turkey is such a great meat to use! It is low in fat and high in protein,versatile and delicious!! So let’s not just use this poor bird for one day a year!!

- Leftover Turkey Soup-Kraft
- Freeze it!!!! Tips: 1. Don’t let cooked turkey sit out for more than 2 hours 2. Seal it tightly in freezer bags 3. Take out in December for one of the above yummy recipes!
Great ideas! I like to do Turkey Enchiladas with leftover turkey.
