Dr. Tammy Watkins grew up in Johnston, Iowa, and graduated with a BA from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Biology with a bio-medical focus. After college, she completed a five-year academic course at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, where she received her Doctorate degree. She is currently board eligible and continues extensive training in prenatal/pregnancy care from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Bergman Academy –
Since 1977, Bergman Academy has offered Des Moines families a unique option for preschool and K-8 students. We are a secular, state-licensed, Montessori-style preschool and accredited K-8 school located in the historic Greenwood Park in Des Moines.
Massage Therapists:
