The world as we know it has changed drastically in the last week. We went from looking forward to spring break to suddenly having an extended break from school, working from home, and being quarantined for the forseeable future. 

It is only natural to feel stress and anxiety when we are faced with so many unknowns. Moms, we give you permission to grieve. To not be OK. To not be excited about all these changes. We’re right there with you.
