Meet Kristin

New to the Des Moines Moms Blog team is Kristin Schaaf, whom we are excited to have managing our Instagram account. Kristin is a first-time mom to her 10-month-old daughter, Hannah, and lives with her husband, David, in Des Moines. When she’s not playing in the park or taking walks with her daughter, she enjoys spending time writing, baking, and being involved in her church. You will also see Kristin guest blogging for us!

A marketer by trade, Kristin will be ramping up our Instagram account and showing our followers a glimpse into the life of Des Moines Moms Blog. You may have noticed our new “Day in the Life” photos and gotten to see a bit of what some of us do, experience, and encounter every day as moms. No matter what each of our days looks like, moms from all walks of life have powerful stories and experiences to share. We hope you’ll follow our adventures and share yours with us as well!

We feel that Instagram is a growing social media platform, and as our community grows, we will have giveaways, fun campaigns, and much more through our IG account.
