Our Story:
In 2008, Brandi Tysinger-Temple was like any other mom—she had four children—two of them girls—whom she couldn’t find clothing to buy. She then decided to put her sewing skills to work—a skill her grandmother taught her from when she was just a girl and one she didn’t forget.
After buying too much fabric for a pattern, Brandi decided to sew a few more outfits and set up an eBay Store. The store’s success escalated quickly and soon Brandi found herself employing family and friends to help fulfill orders.
Then, in 2010 Brandi decided to take a few remnants of clothing and put them up on a Facebook page and sell on a first come first serve basis. Before she knew it, her Facebook business was soaring. Once she set up her Facebook page, Brandi’s dinner table became her factory. Her husband, mother, father, brothers, nieces, kids and friends were recruited to help out. Lolly Wolly Doodle outgrew the house pretty quickly.
Finally, in 2012 Lolly Wolly Doodle moved to its new home–a 19,000 square foot factory in Lexington, NC and the company just recently expanded to include a second warehouse.
