Recently, I listed a home that had previously been on the market with another area Realtor. And as with all my listings, I paid for a professional photographer to take photos. The majority of agents don’t have the experience, or the equipment, to capture the best features of your home. In fact, most just use the camera on their phone or an inexpensive something that they bought at Walmart. But I believe that this is money well spent—a worth while investment—to get your home sold quickly.
When looking for a home, 85 to 90 percent of buyers look online first, before seeing it in person. My goal is for your photos to compel the buyer to make an appointment, see it, and make an offer. Many clients have asked me over the years if having a professional photographer is worth doing. Of course my answer is yes, but sometimes you need to see it to believe it.
