About Coachlight Clinic and Spa
Dr. Robbins is the owner and medical director of Coachlight Clinic and Spa. Because he understands that beauty comes from within and not everyone is interested in surgery, he decided to expand his surgical practice (Des Moines Plastic Surgery) to offer aesthetic and laser services several years ago. As non-surgical treatments continue to grow in popularity, he opened Coachlight Clinic, a resort-type spa featuring new ways to achieve health and well-being. Dr. Robbins is proud to offer a spa experience unlike any other in Iowa, offering over 10,000 square feet of pure relaxation!

Services Offered
The spa at Coachlight Clinic and Spa offers private men’s and women’s locker rooms, which include a Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Steam Room, a Himalayan Salt Sauna, a Circular Cooling Rain Experience, and a meditation area. Treatment offerings also contain a variety of organic and herbal facials, HydraFacials, herbal and “wise concoction” massages with traditional and new therapeutic techniques. They also offer body scrubs and wraps along with soaking bath rituals. You can spend an hour or a half day at Coachlight Clinic and Spa.
The clinical offerings include services such as Botox® Cosmetic, wrinkle fillers, CoolSculpting, Laser Hair Removal, and other laser treatments such as Halo Pro and Forever Young BBL to remove sun damage and to improve the tone and texture of our skin to keep it looking forever young!
