We built a new home last year and decorating our new space has been fun. I adore scouring Pinterest and Houzz for the newest home trends. I can make any excuse to shop for new home decor. There isn’t much about dreaming, designing, and executing I don’t enjoy.

I can’t tell you how overwhelmed this mama got even thinking about the process.
There were many reasons I avoided it: The time spent considering options. Color-matching paint and furnishings and assessing light and room use. Measuring (this girl doesn’t have a clue what inside mount even means). And then, of course, the cost.
So I put it off. For months. Six to be exact. This night-owl mama cringed every.single. day when my daughter happily woke up with the sun. All because I couldn’t muster the energy to tackle The Project.

My Experience
From my initial conversation with Mary to learn more about this local company and schedule the consultation to the installation day, I couldn’t have asked for more professional, personal service from David and his team.
It was such an easy process and I can’t recommend it enough. David came to our house, when it worked for my schedule, with a huge selection of samples in hand. He listened to my wants and needs and offered guidance when I wasn’t sure what my options were (and there are MANY!). He offered things to consider such as light penetration, insulation, and of course, style. He shared what is popular, what would work best for my custom-sized windows, and offered advice when selecting the right covering for each window.
Having the exact samples to lay next to my paint colors and evaluate the light in each specific room was invaluable. I didn’t have to worry about buying something and having it look horrible, let alone experience the headache of installing them. Several of our windows are custom and huge in width and height, and they built the blinds to fit perfectly.
I am fairly indecisive about what I want, and David was so patient with me. He even brought out additional samples for my daughter’s bedroom because he knew I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted the first time.
When installation day arrived, they were in and out of my house within an hour and we hardly noticed they were here. We are loving our new window coverings and wish we would have jumped on board six months sooner. Here are just a few of the rooms we did and know that the photos don’t do the treatments justice!
