Sweet Binney’s is located at 8527 University Blvd in Clive – just off 86th Street. I’m sure you have all driven by or heard of them and wondered what all the excitement was and now you have the opportunity to come try their scrumptious desserts for yourself!!
Sweet Binney’s is a local Des Moines family! They make all of their products from scratch and can do just about anything, including custom orders tailored to clients events and needs. They utilize local ingredients wherever possible (e.g. Berry Patch Farm in Nevada, IA)

Sweet Binney’s offers everything from breakfast pastries made fresh daily, individual desserts, miniature pastries, tarts, cheesecakes, cakes and just about anything else you can think of. They offer seasonal selections as well.
- Miniature Pastries – including Petit Fours, hand-rolled truffles, chocolate dipped strawberries, assorted individual tartlets, and more.
- Tortes – including over 16 different flavors. See all the delightful descriptions here.
- Cheesecakes – in more than 9 different flavors. Chocolate raspberry, Bailey’s caramel, good ‘old New York Cheesecake, turtle and low carb lemon just to name a few.
Birthday & Special Occasion Cakes
Sweet Binney’s can also provide you with a custom cake or dessert for your special occasion. They offer decorated and themed cakes in a variety of sizes such as 9″ round cakes, 12″ round cakes, 1/2 sheet cakes, full sheet cakes and more.
The decor is up to you whether it be a sports theme, garden theme, jungle theme, musical theme or any other idea you can think of – they can do it! Don’t forget custom decorating for your upcoming bridal or baby shower such as monogrammed petit fours or baby-block petit fours.
