About Adamo Design
We’re Matt and Tara, the husband and wife duo behind Adamo Design.
We started making frames shortly after our first peanut was born. We were (those crazy first-time parents) taking a lot of pictures but having trouble finding a way to display them that fit our style… so we decided to make our own. Matt runs the power tools, and I make them pretty.
Shortly after, our little dream business was born as we were blessed with opportunities to make them for our family and friends — and their friends and family — and with each frame, we aimed to make them completely customizable so they fit in each recipient’s home.
Since our first frames, we’ve tweaked a few things and started dabbling in many others — mirrors, signs, lighting — while still striving to make each project something that can belong in your home forever.
By day, Matt’s managing large and small building projects, while I’m busy chasing around our two beautiful little boys and working part-time as an RN. And at night, if we’re not building Lego castles, playing catch, or making our best car noises, you’ll find us out in the garage, creating saw dust… with our dog who is not interested in our sanding and saws running at his bedtime.

We love making and delivering all our products, and while frame-making is our first love, our newest obsession is the “handwritten” keepsake signs. How special to be able to capture that moment in time and have a piece to hold on to FOREVER. We’re able to take handwritten notes OR drawings and make them into beautiful keepsakes for your home.
