Meet Dr. Justin
Dr. Justin is a former Professional Athlete (NFL) and is Full Body ART and Wellness (soft tissue technique that helps heal injuries and chronic problems) certified, a member of the ICPA (Iowa Chiropractic Pediatrics Association), and loves helping families gain and maintain their health. His additional training allows you to get specific nutritional advice and information on how to stretch and regain your posture and strength naturally.

As mentioned above, Sands Chiropractic is launching “8 Weeks to Wellness” on November 12 at the Tournament Club of Iowa in Polk City. This is a comprehensive lifestyle modification program that teaches you how to eat well, think well, and move well. It includes chiropractic, weekly massage (yippie!), twice weekly personal training, nutritional counseling, supplements, meditation, and weekly accountability sessions. World renowned speaker, Dr. Dane Donahue, will be part of the launch and will be speaking about the reasons behind “8 Weeks to Wellness” and will share real-life success stories of those who have been through the program and experienced phenomenal results.
